SUBMIT ABSTRACT

Please use the submission template available HERE.
When accessing the abstract submission website HERE, please ensure you:
1. Include the title of your presentation
2. Provide the names and email addresses of all coauthors
3. Select the appropriate academic discipline
4. Add relevant keywords
5. Copy and paste your abstract in the corresponding window (this is for review purpose only)
6. Under Rights Informations, please choose Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 3.0
7. Check the box under Additional Files and click Submit. On the new page that opens, please upload your template-based WORD abstract file.
Abstracts should present original scientific work, clearly outlining the research objectives, methodologies, results, and conclusions. Up to three citations and references are permitted. Acknowledgments are also encouraged. Results should be detailed enough to support the conclusions. Scientific Committee may reject abstracts if they contain no data, as it will be difficult to evaluate the suitability of these abstracts for the intended presentation. The acceptance/rejection decision of the Scientific Committee is final. If accepted, reviewers will decide whether abstracts need amendments and whether they should be oral presentations, posters, or flash talks.
 
NOTES:
  1. All abstracts should be submitted as word files using the provided template
  2. Submission deadline:  September 1st, 2024. The selection process should end by September 5th, 2024.
  3. For in-person attendance, only abstracts accompanied by paid registration will be considered.
  4. Abstracts will be compiled into a PDF document and assigned a DOI for official online publication, on the Conference’s website hosted by University of South Florida. This process is facilitated by Scholar Commons, a service of the University of South Florida. Scholar Commons is an institutional repository to preserve, collect and disseminate research. It is hosted by bepress.
  5. Talks will be 12 min + 3 min for Q&A. Projectors will be available for power point presentations.
  6. Posters should be in portrait format and are recommended to have a width of 710 mm and a height between 1189 mm and 2000 mm. The poster height must fall within this range, but the width should remain fixed at 710 mm.
  7. The poster flash talk session will be organised as a contest and will be dedicated to young researchers (BSc, MSc and PhD students). Flash talks will be 3 minutes long. More details about the contest coming soon.
  8. If the time slots for talks are full, we may need to switch some talk requests to poster format. Should this be necessary, you will be notified by the Organising Committee.
