Coordinating science across the Institute\u00a0\n\nThe Scientific Council serves as the Institute\u2019s main academic and administrative body. The institute’s research activity is organized in specialized <\/span>centers<\/span>\u00a0dedicated to the study of extreme environments, biological adaptation,\u00a0<\/span>paleoclimate<\/span>\u00a0and human response.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
